Badges
Badges can be earned by accomplishing specific feats. There
are
Bronze, Silver, and Gold versions of each badge. As expected, Bronze is
the easiest to obtain, while Gold is the toughest.
In addition to badges showing how great you are, they also award you with "Career Points" to further your rank.
